EASI recognises that the level of coach education, training and skills required varies depends on the environment, level of risk and type of operation so our COACHING MATRIX has been developed to give a range of training courses and qualifications specifically designed to meet the needs of outdoor activity and trekking centres. Qualifications range from a basic, non riding, Supervisor Award for enclosed track operations with children from 6 - 16 up to more advanced qualifications for trekking centre type operations.
